The hotel's position was great, very close to the coliseum which was good. What's more, it was close to ghetto and Berkeley and San Francisco or Berkeley.

Amicable staff and functional rooms, we had a such great experience. Loved our rooms with a king bed. The rate was US$ 91. Its location in Oakland was marvellous, just off the coliseum, San Francisco, and ghetto. Everything was simply great.

We walked everywhere, the location was great, in a sketchy neighborhood. Plus, it was very close to the coliseum, ghetto, and Berkeley. The room was clean with a king bed and free coffee, for instance, had everything we wanted;))

The room rate was affordable and the location was convenient. It was close to the main road and had easy access to public transportation. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth.

The overall cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory. The carpets were dirty and there were stains on the sheets.

The staff was extremely helpful and the rooms were very clean and well kept. I had trouble with the cable in my first room, so the owner came in immediately and began working on it, exchanging cables and repairing the wall socket. He then apologized and offered to upgrade me to a different room for the inconvenience.

The neighborhood wasn't the best in the world, but it wasn't terrible, either.

Hotel staff and room was greqt but location was scary.

As a tourist, I really enjoyed the consistently clean surroundings of the motel. The friendly management greeted me warmly and were always available to answer any questions or concerns. The helpful man working there allowed me to cancel and change my reservation over the phone, and even provided a list of great places to eat. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a nice, hot shower and ample parking for my rental car. The beds were comfy, and I really appreciated the variety of TV channels available.

Felt so comfortable, no reason to complain.

It didn't happened to us, but I saw a man knocking on every door loud and yelling check out time!!! That looked so cheep.
